100 - Years

To all the ex-students of IES Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya, you are invited to the concluding ceremony of the Centenary Event of our school on 13th March, 2012 from 5.30-6.30 pm on our school ground. The President India, Mrs. Pratibhatai Patil will be the Chief Guest for the evening.

However all the students willing to come for the event will have to register your names with us before 5th March in School / E-mail. Once registered, I will provide the students with the entry passes without which no one will be allowed to enter the school premises. There is no entry fee, so please do come for this special event.

Lt. Shri Akshikar founded Dadar English School before 1911. The teachers working there Lt. Shri Nagesh Mahadev kale, Lt. Shri Krushnaji Mahadev Barve, Lt. Shri Deshmukh, Lt. Shri Koranne and Lt. Shri Aaras, who were highly motivated, came together and decided to start an Independent School. During the period of 1911 King George V from England, visited India. He was known for his calm nature and was extremely inclined towards education.
